Vahali Dikri Yojana Eligibility Criteria
- Permanent resident of Gujarat.
- Must belong to low-income group.
- Annual family income should be less than ₹2 lakh.
- All daughters of the couple’s first three children will benefit from the scheme.
- Applicant must have a valid bank account and Aadhaar card.
- Daughter’s date of birth should be on or after 02/08/2019.

How To Apply Vahali Dikri Yojana 2025?
Step 1. The form of the Wahali Dikari Yojana by the Women and Child Development Department can be downloaded online on the official website WCD.GUJARAT.GOV.IN and can be found at the office of the District Women and Child Officer.
Step 2. First, the form can be obtained from the Village Computer Entrepreneur (VCE) running at the village level.
Step 3. At the taluka level, the form can be obtained by going to the computer operator of the “Widow Sahay Yojana” of the Mamlatdar office or by going to the “Jan Seva Kendra”.
Step 4. At the district level, the application form can be obtained free of cost from the office of the Women and Child Officer.
Step 5. As per the new amendment resolution, the online application for the Wahali Dikari Yojana can be made from the Digital Gujarat Portal.
Step 6. The father or mother of the beneficiary’s daughter will have to fill out the Wahali Dikari Yojana form in the prescribed format and submit it in PDF format.
Step 7. All documents must be provided in original.
Step 8. The Village VCE and Taluka Operator will verify all the documents and the form of the Parent-Daughter Scheme.
Step 9. The VCE or Taluka Operator will be able to apply online through their official login.
