RRB Group D Educational Qualification
- Candidates who have passed 10th Class, ITI, or an equivalent qualification, or who hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT, are eligible to apply for the RRB Group D 2026 Examination.
Age Limit
- The age limit for RRB Group D is 18 years to 33 years. For OBC Category candidates maximum age limit is 36 years and 38 years for SC/ST category Candidates.
- Minimum Age Limit : 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit : 33 Years
- The upper age limit is relaxed up to 36 years for Other Backward Classes(OBC).
- The upper age limit is relaxed up to 38 years for SC/ST.
RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 Application Fees
- Gen/ OBC/ EWS Category Candidates: Rs. 500/-
- SC/ ST/ EBC/ Female/ Transgender Category Candidates: Rs. 250/-
RRB Group D Selection Process
The recruitment process of Railway Recruitment Board(RRB) Group D will be done through phases listed below:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): This test will assess candidates’ knowledge in subjects such as Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and General Awareness.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): The PET is designed to evaluate candidates’ physical fitness and includes activities such as running, long jump, and high jump.
- Medical Examination: A medical examination will be conducted to assess candidates’ overall health and fitness for the post.
- Document Verification: This stage is conducted to verify the accuracy of the information and documents submitted by the candidates during the application process.
