When will you get the money under the scheme?

Under the scheme, five thousand rupees are given in the account of the pregnant woman for nutrition on first pregnancy. The first installment of Rs 1000 is given on registration of the woman within 150 days of conception, while the second installment of Rs 2000 is given within 180 days and after at least one prenatal check up. Whereas, the third installment of Rs 2000 is received after delivery and completion of the infant’s first vaccination cycle.

Benefits of Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana

A total of 5 thousand rupees will be paid to the pregnant woman before delivery and after the birth of the child for the purpose of physical development.
A pregnant woman who registers at an Anganwadi center or a government hospital will get a first installment of Rs. You will get a thousand.
2 thousand rupees of the second installment will be given at the time of medical examination after six months of pregnancy.
The third installment of Rs 2,000 will be paid after the birth of the child after BCG, Oral Polio Vaccine, DPT and Hepatitis-B – all these vaccines are given to the child.
If financial assistance is given to the women who give birth in the hospital under the Jana Sukhara Yojana, the above amount will be given as incentive to the pregnant women, which is given as per Pradhan Mantri Matrivand’s scheme, it will be 6 thousand rupees in total.

How to Apply

Village beneficiaries can apply for this scheme from their village Anganwadi Worker or Nurse Ben (ANM) or village Asha Behno or can apply at the nearest primary health center of the village. For urban area You can apply to the Anganwadi worker in your ward or you can go to an urban health center and apply.
